OrbitalQ — Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

OrbitalQ is currently in private beta. This policy explains what happens to the information you provide when you apply for beta access or use the platform as part of a beta deployment.

What we collect

When you apply for private-beta access, we collect your work email, role, organisation size, and any information you provide about the business question you're exploring. If your organisation joins the beta, OrbitalQ's diagnostic collects workforce capability data as described in our Data Governance & Trust Model, which is provided to each client organisation before launch.

How we use it

Beta application data is used only to evaluate and respond to your application. It is not sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used for anything beyond assessing fit for the private beta.

Confidentiality principles

OrbitalQ is built around a strict confidentiality model: individual diagnostic responses are never visible to line managers, and small population groups are suppressed to protect identifiability. Full detail is available on request.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any data we hold about you by contacting us at hello@orbitalq.io.
